Qatar Airways to fly to Kigala, Rwanda, the first 787 is being built

Qatar Airways (Doha) will add a new route to Kigali (Rwanda) via Entebbe from Doha on March 21. The new route will be operated with Airbus A320s.

In other news, the first Boeing 787 Dreamliner is being built at Everett for Qatar Airways. Qatar Airways is the first Middle East customer of the Boeing 787, with 60 aircraft on order, including options. The airline is preparing to take delivery of five 787s during 2012, with the first set to arrive in Qatar this summer.
