easyJet launches London Luton-Keflavik flights today

easyJet (easyJet.com) (UK) (London-Luton) today (March 27) launched a new route from Luton Airport near London to Reykjavk, Iceland via Keflavik Airport. The new route will initially be operated three days a week. The irony is the recent volcanic action (which closes the airspace in many parts of Europe) has spurred a travel boom to the island.
