US Airways’ flight US 787 Paris (CDG) to Charlotte diverts to Bangor

US Airways‘ (Phoenix) flight US 787 from Paris (CDG) to Charlotte diverted to Bangor yesterday (May 22). A French citizen, born in Cameroon claimed to have a surgically implanted device on her body. Two F-15s were scrambled to escort the Boeing 767-200 ER to Bangor where it landed safely according to Reuters.
