Air France to consolidate Airlinair, Brit Air and Regional, cut staff and increase the Transavia fleet

Air France (Paris), according to this report by Reuters, wants to increase productivity by 20 percent. To accomplish this mission, the airline will cut staff and consolidate its feeder airlines, namely Airlinair (Paris-Orly), Brit Air (Morlaix) and Regional (Nantes) into one carrier. Air France will also increase the fleet at lower-cost Transavia Airlines (Amsterdam).
