American Airlines (Dallas/Fort Worth) and the Allied Pilots Association (APA) today (June 27) reached a tentative agreement on a new contract. The pilot’s union voted to send the agreement to the members for ratification. If approved by the members, this will advert the bankruptcy court from having to rule on American’s request to void all labor contracts.
