This is an airline in serious decline. Their aircraft are rubbish. Their service is rubbish. The people are rubbish. They treat their guests as second class citizens. The country is dangerous now. The people have serious attitude problems and it’s all money, money, money. The sooner this airline is put out of it’s misery the better. I took all my business to Bangkok Airways for local travel and now use anyone but TG for International business. They are appalling to say the least and is it any wonder this has happened. There are loads of *A options into and lout of BKK. Sawadee haaaa.
