Finnair to operate three weekly flights to new Beijing Daxing International Airport as of November 2019

Finnair has made this announcement:

Finnair will add capacity to Beijing with three weekly flights to the new Beijing Daxing International Airport, which opens for operation by September 30, 2019.

Finnair will operate to Beijing International DaxingAirport on Mondays, Wednesdays and Sundays as of November 3, 2019 with an Airbus A330 aircraft. The new frequencies are in addition to Finnair’s daily flights to Beijing Capital Airport.

The new frequencies connect smoothly to Finnair’s network of over 100 destinations in Europe, allowing travellers short flight times and convenient transfers via Helsinki.

Finnair operates to seven destinations in Greater China, and China is among Finnair’s top markets globally. This spring, Finnair announced codeshare collaborations with Juneyao Air and with China Southern, which brought 13 new Chinese destinations to Finnair’s customers.
