Scoot has made this announcement:

Scoot will be temporarily suspending flights to and from Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, Seoul in South Korea, and Sapporo in Japan, as well as extending an existing suspension on flights to mainland China, in view of the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak.

Flights to and from Jeddah from March 9 to April 25, 2020 (inclusive) will be suspended due to a recent temporary ban on entry into Saudi Arabia for the purpose of umrah and for tourists arriving from some countries including Singapore.

Flights to and from Seoul via Taipei (TR896 and TR897) and Sapporo via Taipei (TR892 and TR893) from March 9 to April 25, 2020 (inclusive) will also be suspended due to weak demand arising from the growing scale of the COVID-19 outbreak. Since March 4, 2020, the relevant authorities have imposed restrictions barring entry into and transit in Singapore to new visitors with recent travel history to South Korea. Hokkaido, where Sapporo is the capital city, has also declared a state of emergency over the outbreak.
Scoot had earlier implemented a temporary suspension of flights to and from mainland China from February 8, 2020 to March 28, 2020. This will be extended to April 25, 2020 (inclusive).
All affected customers, including those with multiple sectors that include the suspended flights, will be notified progressively and will receive a full refund on the unused portion of their itinerary within 30 business days. No further action is required of them. Affected customers who still wish to travel may make a new booking for travel after the suspension periods on the Scoot website. Scoot apologizes for any inconvenience caused to our customers.
