Strike at Philippines fails to disrupt most operations

Philippines (Philippine Airlines) (Manila) had to deal with a strike on Friday (September 16) by its ground crews. The union was protesting outsourcing of some of its departments. The company was able to maintain full operations despite the strike according to this article by the Daily Tribune.
