Nigerian Eagle Airlines (Lagos) has taken delivery of its first two new Embraer ERJ 190-200LRs (195s) registered 5N-VNH and 5N-VNI.

Flybe (Exeter) has now signaled it is interested in possibly bidding for bmi and the valuable London Heathrow slots.

WindRose Aviation Company (Kiev) will soon take delivery of its first Embraer ERJ 190-200LR (195). UR-WRG (msn 19000157) was rolled out of the paint shop yesterday (June 18) in Amsterdam in this unique livery featuring images of the Ukraine on the left side.

Augsburg Airways (Lufthansa Regional) (Augsburg and Munich) yesterday (June 9) took delivery of its first Embraer ERJ 190-200LR (195) registered D-AEMA (msn 19000290, ex PT-TZE). ย It is painted in Lufthansa Regional 2003 colors but with Augsburg Airways titles.

Flybe to make Gatwick Airport its 14th base

Flybe (Exeter) will make Gatwick Airport near London its 14th base with its new route from LGW to Dusseldorf starting on June 22. The new route will be operated three times a week. The airline will be operating nearly 50 flights a week from LGW for the summer of 2009.
