Hola is the second airline in Spain to cease operations in 2010 (the first one was Quantum Air).

Hola Airlines was established in 2002 and commenced charter and ACMI operations on May 15, 2002. It was originally established by Mario Hidalgo, who previously ran Air Europe Express, and is now the General Director of Hola Airlines.
