Scandinavian Airlines-SAS (SAS Group) (Stockholm) has agreed to reduce its 49 percent share of Estonian Air (Tallinin) to only 10 percent in order to focus on its core Scandinavian markets. SAS will sell its shares to the government of Estonia.

The SAS Group (Stockholm) is planning to pump in $9.24 million for Estonian Air ย (Tallinn) to improve the liquidity of the flag carrier. ย This comes as SAS has previously stated it would like to divest its 49 percent share of the company.
