Ryanair (Dublin) which pulled out of negotiations with Boeing for 200 aircraft, is back in the news with its CEO (Michael O’Leary) saying the company may be in the market this time for up to 300 aircraft (assuming the price is right).
Carpatair (Timisoara) will add three 72-seat Fokker F.28 Mk. 0070s (Fokker 70s). The first (YR-KMA) will be delivered in December with second in February 2010 and the third the following month. The new type will join the current fleet of SAAB 2000s and the pictured Fokker F.28 Mk. 0100s.
