City and airport officials announced today that the Department of Transportation (DOT) has selected Advanced Air as the community’s Essential Air Service (EAS) provider for Merced Yosemite Regional Airport (MCE).

Beginning January 1, 2022, Advanced Air will provide 24 weekly flights from Merced: 12 roundtrips to Las Vegas McCarran International Airport (LAS) and 12 roundtrips to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Additionally, Advanced Air’s flights will align with YARTS bus schedules to Yosemite.
