Nordwind Airlines today is suspending flights to international destinations.
The company made this announcement (translate):
Nordwind Airlines, together with its partner PegasFly, informs about the temporary suspension of international flights, starting from March 7, due to the occurrence of “additional circumstances that impede the operation of flights.”
Passengers on international flights with one-way tickets will be accepted for carriage until the flight is terminated.
Passengers of canceled international flights can issue a full refund of the cost of the ticket at the place of purchase or reschedule the flight to any flight available for sale.
Previously on February 28 the Russian carrier suspended its flights on the following routes due to airspace closures:
Krasnodar – Athens
Kaliningrad – Berlin
St. Petersburg โ Frankfurt
Saint Petersburg – Berlin
Saint Petersburg – Dusseldorf
Saint Petersburg – Stuttgart
Saint Petersburg – Belgrad
Moscow – Skopje
Moscow – Belgrade
Moscow – Berlin
Moscow – Zagreb
