Dniproavia National Aircompany (Dnipropetrovsk), which is a part of the Ukrainian Aviation Group, which it shares with AeroSvit (Kiev) and Donbassaero (Donetsk), ceased all operations and sales on January 8, 2013. The struggling airline posted a notice on its website of its closure.
