Germania Fluggesellschaft (Berlin-Tegel) had a close encounter with a flock of starlings at Dusseldorf. Please see the below link for the dramatic pictures of Germania’s Boeing 737-329 D-ADII (msn 23775) taking off at DUS and immediately encountering a flock of starlings.
