Continental to add more flights to Hawaii

Continental Airlines (Houston) will add two new routes to Hawaii from California and also will add another Los Angeles-Honolulu frequency starting on March 7, 2010 filling some of void left by the demise of Aloha Airlines. Daily flights between Los Angeles and Kahului (Maui) will be operated with Boeing 737-800s. A new Orange County (John Wayne)-Honolulu route will be operated four times a week with Boeing 737-700s. The additional 737-900 daily flight will be operated between LAX and Honolulu.
