Magistrate Sylvie Zimmerman summoned Airbus and Air France to appear in court to be possibly placed under judicial investigation for the June 1, 2009 crash

Air France (Paris) and Airbus (Toulouse) have been summoned by magistrate Sylvie Zimmerman to appear in a French court to be possibly placed under judicial investigation concerning the tragic June 1, 2009 crash in the Atlantic Ocean. The criminal probe is looking at alleged manslaughter.

On March 20 the search for aircraft parts and remains resumes using a German mini-submarine.
