Is Air Canada headed towards a second bankruptcy filing?

Air Canada (Montreal) is attempting to avoid bankruptcy and reorganization a second time as the flag carrier confronts labor unrest, a sluggish global economy and higher jet fuel prices according to this article by the San Francisco Chronicle.

AC last emerged from reorganization in 2004.
