Frontier Airlines (2nd) (Denver) is facing an uncertain future. Parent Republic Airways Holdings previously announced it would start divesting its shares and would become a smaller minority owner. Republic is also exploring all of its options concerning Frontier. Any changes to Frontier are likely to occur after June 2012.
It is also unlikely that Denver can continue to support three large airline operations.
