Skybus Airlines (Columbus, OH) has agreed to settle a class-action lawsuit filed by former employees according to the Columbus Dispatch. The lawsuit alleges the airline failed to give the required 60 days notice of its shutdown. The ultra low-fare airline abruptly ceased operations on April 5, 2008 and has been in bankruptcy protection since April 7, 2008. The settlement is subject to approval of the bankruptcy court.
