Air Dolomiti (Verona and Munich) is facing a four-hour strike strike on May 29 by its pilots, belonging to Ugl Trasporti Union.

United to start Pittsburgh-LAX/SFO flights

United Airlines (Chicago) on September 2 will launch daily nonstop flights from Pittsburgh to both Los Angeles and San Francisco with 120-seat Airbus A319s. UA is replacing US Airways which is dropping both routes on August 18 from its former hub.
