Wizz Air opens a new Polish base at Krakow

Wizz Air officially opened on May 8 its newest Polish base in Krakow. This is the 25th base.

Wizz Air will allocate 3 Airbus A321 aircraft to Krakow in May, August and September 2019.

WIZZ offers 18 low-fare new routes from Krakow to 15 countries.

The three allocated aircraft will support the start of operations of new services from Krakow to the following popular destinations: Bari, Billund, Birmingham, Catania, Doncaster, Eindhoven, Keflavík, Kharkiv, Kiev, Kutaisi, Larnaca, London, Nice, Oslo, Rome, Tel Aviv, Turin  and Turku.

Krakow is the 5th Wizz Air base in Poland besides  Warsaw, Katowice, and Gdansk and Wroclaw.

KLM to launch new routes to Belfast, Krakow and Montpellier

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines (Amsterdam) will expand its medium-haul network with three new destinations. KLM will launch a new scheduled service to Belfast, Krakow, and Montpellier. These new services will be part of KLM’s new summer schedule and will operate on a daily basis as from May 18, 2015.

Belfast will be the first city in Northern Ireland which is directly served by KLM and the 14th destination within the United Kingdom. KLM will operate on George Best Belfast City Airport.

Next to Warsaw, Krakow will be the second destination within Poland which is directly served by KLM.

Montpellier will be the sixth destination within France which is directly served by KLM. Air France is already operating into Montpellier out of both Parisian airports, Charles de Gaulle and Orly.

All flights will be operated by KLM Cityhopper.
