JetBlue announces its fifth Dominican destination: La Romana

JetBlue Airways Airbus A320-232 N746JB (msn 3622) (NY Jets) LGB (Stephen Tornblom), originally uploaded by Airliners Gallery.

JetBlue Airways (New York) announced plans to expand to its fifth destination in the Dominican Republic and its 67th BlueCity with the addition of La Romana, subject to receipt of government approval. Effective November 16, 2011, JetBlue will launch flights between New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and La Romana International Airport (LRM), twice weekly on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
