Emirates to back off (for now) on getting more frequencies to Canada

Emirates Airline (Dubai) has decided to back off for now on pressuring the Harper Administration on gaining more than three frequencies per week to Toronto (Pearson) in Canada. The Canadian government has refused to permit any more frequencies.
