Swiss International Air Lines averts a possible strike with its pilots with a new deal

Swiss International Air Lines Airbus A330-343X HB-JHG (msn 1101) GVA (Paul Denton), originally uploaded by Airliners Gallery.

Swiss International Air Lines (Zurich) has agreed to increase its pilots’ salary, including holidays, days off, pension contributions and salary, by 20-22 percent. This increase from the previously offered increase of 15 percent has apparently averted any threatened strike by its pilots.
