Qatar Airways launches a second destination in Kenya with new flights to Mombasa

Qatar Airways has announced that it will launch nonstop flights to Kenya’s second city, Mombasa, opening up the country’s beautiful coasts to international holiday-makers. The new four-times weekly service will be Qatar Airways’ second Kenyan destination, in addition to existing flights to Nairobi.

The new four-times weekly flights between Doha and Mombasa (MBA) will be operated with an Airbus A320, with 12 Business Class seats and 120 Economy Class seats, from December 11, 2018, with a flight time of just over six hours.

Qatar Airways first started flying to the Kenyan capital, Nairobi in November 2005.

As part of its continued expansion plans, Qatar Airways plans a host of other exciting new destinations throughout 2018/19, including Gothenburg, Sweden; Da Nang, Vietnam; Tallinn, Estonia and Valletta, Malta, to name just a few.
