Qatar Airways (Doha) will add both Melbourne and Sydney later this year. The fast growing airline is also adding new service to Amritsar and Goa in India. The previously-announced Doha-Houston route (almost 17 hours of flying) is on schedule to commence on March 30. The new long range routes will be assigned to the newly delivered Boeing 777-200 LRs (Longer Range).
