EuroAtlantic celebrates its 25th Anniversary with a revised livery

EuroAtlantic Airways is celebrating 25 years of flying. As a result it has painted its first aircraft (the pictured CS-TFM) in a revised livery.

Norwegian to lease Boeing 777s for its summer schedule

Norwegian Air Shuttle will wet lease Boeing 777-200s from EuroAtlantic Airways for the Paris (Orly) – Newark route and Privilege Style for the Rome (Fiumicino) – Newark route this summer according to Airline Route.

euroAtlantic Airways celebrates 20 years of flying

euroAtlantic Airways (Lisbon) is celebrated its 20th Anniversary in 2013.

The airline was established as Air Zarco by Tomaz Metello and the largest Portuguese leisure corporation, Pestana Hotels and Resorts, on August 25, 1993. The charter airline adopted the name of Air Madeira in 1997 until May 17, 2000 when the current name of euroAtlantic Airways – Transportes Aéreos S.A. was adopted.

Sunwing Airlines to fly the Toronto-Glasgow route starting on June 13

Sunwing Airlines (flysunwing.com) (Toronto-Pearson) will launch a summer seasonal route linking Toronto (Pearson) starting on June 13. Flights to Glasgow will operate weekly on Wednesdays and Saturdays, with returns on Thursdays and Sundays, until September 9, 2012. All flights will be aboard the wide-bodied Boeing 767-300, which seats up to 300 passengers.

All flights to Glasgow will be operated on the “High Frills” Sunwing Airlines, where passengers are treated to the award winning Champagne Service, which includes a bon-voyage glass of champagne, hot towel service, a choice of hot meals at lunch and dinner served with choice of wine, and complimentary in-flight entertainment, including first run movies.

Sunwing Airlines leases its first Boeing 767-300 for the summer season

Sunwing Airlines (Toronto) has wet leased in this Boeing 767-300 from euroAtlantic Airways (Lisbon) for the summer season.

EuroAtlantic repaints its Boeing 777 CS-TFM

EuroAtlantic Airways (Lisbon) has repainted its former Singapore Airlines Boeing 777-212 ER CS-TFM (msn 28513) into its house colors. The wide body jetliner was previously operated for Bangladesh Airlines.

EuroAtlantic Airways (Lisbon) has added “euroAtlantiCARGO” titles to its Boeing 767-375 (F) ER freighter registered CS-TLZ (msn 24086).

EuroAtlantic added Miami on June 15.
