Mint Airways starts operations with 757 EC-LBC

Operating for Thomas Cook Airlines (UK), Mint Airways' EC-LBC arrives at night at Manchester. Copyright Photo: Nik French.

Mint Airways (Mint Airlines S. L. dba) (Madrid) is a new Spanish ACMI charter airline. The new company leased 232-seat Boeing 757-28A EC-LBC (msn 26276) named “Tato Goya” from ILFC on May 29, 2009. Operations commenced this month. Besides flying for other airlines, Mint is also operating from MAD to Cairo, Luxor, Aswan and Amman.
