XL Airways France (Paris-CDG) will operate summer seasonal flights from Paris (CDG) to Los Angeles next summer starting on June 1, 2016. Three weekly flights will be operated with Airbus A330-200s according to Airline Route.

XL Airways (France) (Paris-CDG) will return to Miami for the second summer in a row. The French airline will offer three flights a week with its 408-seat Airbus A330-300s from May 25 until August 31.
Miami has become the second most important North American destination for XL Airways after New York.
Additionally, as previously reported, AirEuropa will also return for the summer to Miami from Madrid with three weekly flights starting on June 4.

XL Airways Germany (Frankfurt) after suspending operations for the winter season on December 14, filed for bankruptcy protection and reorganization in theย local district court in Darmstadt, Germany on December 27.

XL Airways Germany:ย 
XL Airways Germany (Frankfurt) suspended all operations for the winter season on December 14. The company came to the conclusion there was not enough work to keep the company flying during the slow winter season.
CanJet Airlines (2nd) (Halifax) has leased three of the five Boeing 737-800s for the winter season until May 2013. Hamburg Airways has taken over the remaining winter contracts of XL Airways Germany.
Two Boeing 737-800s have been put into storage at the Cologne/Bonn Airport.
XL Airways Germany was acquired last year by X-Air Aviation, the same U.S. and Swiss holding company that also recently took control of XL Airways France.
