JAL-Japan Airlines (Tokyo) will introduce the Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner on the Tokyo (Haneda)-Beijing route on October 26 replacing a Boeing 767-300.
In addition, the company will introduce the 787-8 on the Tokyo (Narita)-Delhi route on December 1 replacing a Boeing 777.

Lufthansa (Frankfurt) will introduce its Airbus A380s on October 26 when it adds the Super Jumbo on its Frankfurt-Delhi and Frankfurt-Mumbai routes according to Airline Route. One daily to each destination will be operated.
Update: Mumbai now cancelled per Airline Route. Delhi remains.

IndiGo Airlines (Delhi) flight 6E 031 from Delhi to Kathmandu with 175 passengers, one infant and six crew members was evacuated on landing today (March 8) at Tribhuwan International Airport in Kathmandu, Nepal. Smoke and fire was detected in the undercarriage of the Airbus A320 (the pictured VT-IEU) according to The Times of India. There were no injuries in the evacuation.

Air India (Delhi) flight AI 890 late on Sunday (January 5) did not go well. The flight was operating from Guwahati to Delhi with Airbus A320-231 VT-ESH (msn 469) with around 170 passengers and crew members. The flight diverted to Jaipur, India due to bad weather in Delhi. Unfortunately Jaipur’s ย weather deteriorated too with fog but the crew elected to make an emergency landing in Jaipur due to low fuel. On landing the aircraft reportedly burst several tires and the aircraft veered off the runway . The left wing collided with an object according to reports. Part of the outer portion of the left wing was clipped off.
