Sun Country Airlines (Minneapolis/St. Paul) has announced new seasonal service from its Minneapolis/St. Paul (MSP) base to coastal destinations Savannah/Hilton Head (SAV) and Gulfport/Biloxi (GPT).
Gulfport/Biloxi seasonal service will run August 27-November 22, 2015 and Savannah/Hilton Head service will run August 27-December 13, 2015.
With the addition of these two destinations, Sun Country Airlines will service a total of 37 destinations throughout the year.

Sun Country Airlines (Minneapolis/St. Paul) will operate twice-weekly flights between Fort Myers, Florida and San Juan, Puerto Rico from May 3 through August 23, 2015. The seasonal non-hub route will be operated with Boeing 737-700 aircraft per Airline Route.

Sun Country Airlines (Minneapolis/St. Paul) is expanding in the Caribbean, Mexico and Central America this coming winter with new seasonal service. The airline will start weekly service from MSP to St. Maarten (December 20 through April 4), Manzanillo (January 8 through April 2) and Rio Hato (near Panama City) December 26 through April 3 per Airline Route.

Sun Country Airlines (Minneapolis/St. Paul) starting on January 16, 2015 will add a new seasonal route to Nassau in the Bahamas from Minneapolis/St. Paul (MSP). The new route will initially operate weekly and then increase to three roundtrips a week starting on February 12, 2015.

Cuba Travel Services arranges flights operated by American Airlines (Dallas/Fort Worth) and Sun Country Airlines (Minneapolis/St. Paul) to popular destinations including Havana, Cienfuegos, Camaguey, Santa Clara and Santiago de Cuba.
Cuba Travel Services believes that expanding its network will provide its clients with a high quality of service at a more competitive price. The new flights to Holguin will utilize next generation Boeing 737-800 aircraft, which include both first and coach class configuration.

Sun Country Airlines (Minneapolis/St. Paul) todayย announced new nonstop service betweenย Minneapolis/St. Paulย and Washington D.C. (Reagan Airport) starting on August 20. The airline will operate six nonstop flights and four flights via Lansing (LAN) each week.
Minneapolis โ Washington D.C.
Monday through Friday nonstop flights depart DCA at 11:50 a.m. (1150) and arrive in MSP at 1:30 p.m. (1330). The returnย flightย Monday through Friday departs MSP at 5:05 p.m. (1705) and arrives in DCA at 8:30 p.m. (2030). On Sunday the flight departs MSP at 6:45 a.m. (0645) and arrives in DCA at 10:10 a.m. (1010). The return flight departs DCA at 10:00 p.m. (2200) and arrives in MSP at 11:40 p.m. (2340).
Flights viaย LANย operate on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays, departing MSP at 6:30 a.m. (0630), arriving in DCA at 10:55 a.m. (1055). On Sundays the flight departs DCA at 11:00 a.m. (1100) and arrives in MSP at 1:40 p.m. (1340).
Lansing- Washington D.C.
Nonstop flights depart LAN Monday through Friday at 9:30 a.m. (0930) and arrive in DCA at 10:55 a.m. (1055). On Sunday the flight departs LAN at 7:30 p.m. (1930) and arrives in DCA at 8:55 p.m. (2055). The newly timed return flight departs DCA Monday through Friday at 10:00 p.m. (2200) and arrives in LAN at 11:30 p.m. (2330). On Sundays the flight departs DCA at 11:00 a.m. (1100) and arrives in LAN at 12:30 p.m. (1230).
As previously announced, the airline starts MSP nonstop service to Chicago (Midway) on July 1.

Sun Country Airlines‘ (MN Airlines dba) (Minneapolis/St. Paul) Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Stan Gadek, who brought the airline out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization into profitability, suddenly left the company on Wednesday (February 13) according to this report by the Star Tribune.
The company said Gadek was being replaced on an interim basis by vice president and general counsel John Fredericksen.

Sun Country Airlines (Minneapolis/St. Paul) announced today details of their 2013 winter schedule out of theย Lansing Capital Region International Airport. Sun Countryโs newest additions to the schedule include twice weekly nonstop service to Las Vegas, Nevada, beginning December 27, 2012, as well as weekly nonstop service to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico during the winter season, beginning February 1, 2013.
The airline will also resume nonstop service to popular winter destinations: Cancun, Punta Cana, and Orlando viaย Orlando International Airport (MCO).
In addition, Sun Country has nonstop service to Washington D.C. six days per week and connections through Minneapolis/St. Paul to Phoenix, San Diego, Palm Springs, Fort Myers, Seattle/Tacoma, Los Angeles and San Francisco.

Sun Country Airlines (Minneapolis/St. Paul) hasย announced details of their 2013 winter schedule.
Sun Country will now offer new nonstop seasonal service from Minneapolis/St. Paul to Tampa, FL andย Huatulco, MX. Sun Country has also expanded its year round service to include Boston and Seattle/Tacoma.
The new nonstop service to Tampa will operate four times per week with nonstop service to Huatulco available on Saturdays, adding to Sun Countryโs growing network of over 170 weekly nonstop flights.
